A Betsy Bee Twirly Halter Jumper

The Halter Jumper has ties in the back thru a large self loop, that makes it easy on and off since you don't have to pull the ties out. The back has elastic shirring for a comfy fit. This is great for warmer early fall and with a t-shirt underneath will work great when the weather turns colder. The ruffled bloomies are yellows with a little fabric detail and black buttons to coordinate with the jumper. Available in size 6 month to 6 years.
